Housing Disrepair

We are very experienced with undertaking Housing Disrepair inspections, and pride ourselves or providing impartial and reliable CPR35 reports, which accurately reflect the conditions of the property.

Damp and Mould

We undertake damp and mould inspections and provide detailed reports with recommendations. Our reports are clear, delivered within Awaab’s Law timescales and assist clients with resolving long term and problematic damp issues.
